Support Solutions has PART-TIME and FULL-TIMEDirect Support Professional (DSP) positions available in the following locations: Norway, Manchester, South Portland, and limited openings in Lewiston/Auburn.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age, required
• High School Diploma/GED/HiSet
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance (must be listed as a covered driver on policy)

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in accordance with their personalized care plans.
• Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Foster a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes independence, dignity, and respect for individuals.
• Engage individuals in meaningful social, recreational, and community activities to enhance their quality of life.
• Administer medication and assist with medical appointments as needed, following proper protocols and procedures.
• Document individual progress, behaviors, and incidents accurately and timely in accordance with agency policies.
• Maintain logs and records pertaining to individuals supported.
