Position: Member of the HUB Support Team

Status: On-demand, part time as scheduled in advance, 8:30am – 5:00pm

8 Hours of paid training time is included for chosen candidates.

The Role of the Support Team:

Support Team members operate the Workplace HUB when our General Manager is absent. Typically, you will be given a 5 working day notice of our need for a Support Team member. Your time will never be less than 4 hours a day, and a maximum of 8 hours in our normal 8:30 – 5:00 pm schedule. As a member of the Support Team, your duties will include:

· Answer the phone, take messages, and hand-deliver mail to our “virtual address” customers who arrive to pickup their mail.

· Conduct informational tours for potential associates who want to learn more about the HUB or are considering the rental of an office space.

· Schedule use of our Conference, Meeting and Event Room spaces, and direct customers upon arrival… to their proper meeting space.

· Assist our Office Associates with printing or with minor technical issues.

· Work to ensure a welcoming environment, and a positive experience with their use of the HUB services.

· Encourage, as appropriate, networking opportunities with our diverse community of Associates.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma… (preferably at least 2 years of college) with a strong hospitality skill set.

· Experience in a business environment.

· Strong communication skills, with ability to professionally represent The Workplace HUB.
