Looking for caring individuals that are Direct Support Professionals to work statewide to support adults and give aid to the family environment. The ideal job candidate will be highly dependable and have a passion for helping those with physical and/or cognitive disabilities live a more fulfilled and rewarding life. Direct Support Professional Job Duties and Responsibilities
Giveback while helping and support individuals learn skills to live the lives they choose.
Involve them in the community and help them feel part of society.
Help individual and support positive relationships with people in their community.
Create positive moments within their environment.
Giveback with positive attitude toward work and others.
Protect the safety of the people you support by providing the level of supervision described in the person’s service plan
Direct Support Professional Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
Valid driver’s license - No provisional licenses
Prior experience in this field is preferred, caregiver experience with the passion to serve & support

Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
Caregiving: 1 year or more (Preferred)
Direct Support Professional experience preferred.
