```Duties```:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
- Support individuals in participating in social activities and community outings
- Document and maintain accurate records of individual progress and behavior incidents
- Collaborate with a team of professionals including social workers, nurses, and therapists to ensure the overall well-being of individuals
- Follow all applicable regulations and guidelines including HIPAA and other privacy laws
```Qualifications```:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Ability to provide patient care with compassion and empathy
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols and procedures
- Understanding of nursing home or residential care facility operations is beneficial
- Ability to lift and assist individuals as needed

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
