Responsibilities

• Personalized Care: Provide hands-on assistance with personal hygiene routines, household tasks, and medication management, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents.
• Inclusive Social Engagement: Foster a sense of belonging by organizing and participating in social activities within the Grand Forks community, promoting inclusivity and social connection.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in DD Residential Services.

Additional Requirements

• Successful completion of background checks and pre-employment drug tests.
• Current and valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and insurable driving record.

Compensation and Benefits:

• The hourly wage for this position is $20.00/hr. during the week.
• $21.00/hr. on Saturday and Sunday.
