- Sunday 8a-3p Every Other Weekend
- Saturday 8a-3p Every Other Weekend
Location: Edina
Rate of Pay $25/hour + $3 Weekend Differential

Direct Support professionals (DSP's) work with individuals with disabilities to help them gain skills and more independence in areas such as communication, cooking, housekeeping, budgeting, personal safety, health, and recreation.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Must maintain short and clean fingernails due to personal cares required
- Must be physically able to lift and transfer up to 70lbs
- Participate in a house visit/meet and green with house manager and individual served
- Ability to read, write and speak English at a level that meets the performance requirements; or must be able to communicate in the language spoken by the individual at a level that meets the performance requirements; whichever is deemed more important by the company.
