Direct Support Professional

Apollo Health Group is a licensed med-waiver provider of personal support and other caregiving services to individuals with developmental disabilities in the Tampa Bay Area. We are searching for friendly, motivated and caring individuals for in-home care services as soon as possible. Workers will be employed as 1099 Independent Contractors. Schedules are flexible and hours may vary (20-50 hours per week depending on client needs).

Case: Minimum 35-40+ hours/wk

*************Male with CP in motorized chair. Full physical; will need assistance in/out of bed, eating, bathing, toileting. May also need to be transported to medical appointments (vehicle provided).

Split shift: mornings and evenings (times still being negotiated). About 3 hours each (6 hours total per day).*************

Must have:

-High school diploma/GED or equivalent

-Valid Driver's License with clean record (no more than 3 moving violations within the last 5 years)

-Reliable vehicle with car insurance

-Must pass a level 2 background screening

Pay is starting $15/hr.
