When it comes to where you work, we know you’ve got choices…here’s what we provide:
- Pay Rate: $16.00
- Position Status: Part-time, less than 20 hours per week *location is downtown Lewistown area*
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, Hours range between 9:00 am – 7:00 pm *weekends as needed

Here’s what to expect on the job:
- Help individuals with disabilities build self-esteem and independence through making everyday decisions.
- Ensure that the individuals receive training to live independently, and fully participate in their school, work, and community.
- Use effective communication to build relationships and rapport with the individuals.
- Develop and carry out an individualized plan based on individual preferences, needs, and interests.
- Assist the individuals with developing their skills in areas such as personal care and hygiene.
- Teach and assist the individuals with daily living skills like cooking and light housekeeping.
- Assist with adaptive equipment and therapies (i.e., physical, occupational, and speech).
- Explore work interests with the individual and assist in preparing for job or school entry.
- Develop and assist with relationships within the community to help establish social and community connections.
Minimum requirements:
- 18 years of age
- A valid driver’s license and 6 months driving experience
- Access to a vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection
- A team player who can be flexible with their schedule
- Ability to communicate, read, write, and understand the English language
Preferred, but not required:
- A High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate
- Previous Personal Care Aide, Caregiver, Direct Support Professional, or Direct Care Worker experience
- Knowledge of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or autism
