Work 15-18 days a month with a starting average pay of $3069 a month. We currently offer an additional $350 'Thanks for being here' bonus that is paid monthly, for the previous pay period, in addition to regular wages, for a total of $3,419 a month.

Learn to teach and make lasting relationships! Work in a unique home environment with a great team teaching 2-3 adults with intellectual disabilities.

Teach and provide support in communicating, developing their passions, dressing, and other important personal management activities. You can impact their lives in the most rewarding way. We provide extended learning opportunities to support our staff and ongoing coaching from a team leader.

Support a young woman who loves coffee, hugs, and mani pedis. She loves walking and shopping for new clothes and magazines.

Befriend a soft spoken young man who loves photography, dogs, and being active. He runs track for his high school team and at a weekly running group, plays softball, and enjoys watching the Boise Hawks baseball games.

They are both learning to use high tech devices to help them communicate, manage their time, and stay connected to friends and family.

Assist our friends and their roommates in increasing their language skills using science-based ABA teaching strategies, encourage independence in completing household chores and cooking delicious meals, ensure quality of important daily hygiene routines, all while contributing to a valued quality of life by providing friendship, encouragement, and opportunities to pursue their personal interests!

This entry level position does not require prior experience, but a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

Ideal candidates will have the desire to make a difference in the lives of others, a pleasant and positive attitude, and the willingness to adopt therapeutic interactions based on recommendations from a supervisor. They will also work effectively with a variety of people in a team setting and have the motivation to work independently.

Minimum Qualifications:

-High school diploma

-Be able to drive company vehicles. To be insurable under our auto-policy, employees must be at a minimum of 19 years old; and have an acceptable driving record with 3 or less violations and no alcohol related violations

-A clear background check (can be completed upon hiring)

-Must be able to work a variety of days and hours, including weekends and some holidays

-Ability to take direction from a team leader
