The Direct Sales Representative’s responsibilities include identifying opportunities to increase sales, and assisting in the development and execution of sales and lead generation plans. The right candidate must be a good communicator and have an upbeat, engaging personality, with a massive drive for personal success!
Direct Sales Agent Duties:
- Act as the subject matter expert on the technical selling points of our products and services.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments with new clients.
- Establish positive relationships by ensuring timely response to all customer inquiries and concerns across all channels (email, telephone, social media, or in-person).
- Update client databases and maintain a personal log of your contacts.
- Accomplish minimum weekly, monthly, annual productivity, and sales goals.

Direct Sales Agent Requirements:
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset backed by a proven experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound consultative selling skills and mastery of the art of negotiation.
- You are computer savvy and capable of learning new computer applications.
Training Pay:
To help new team members bridge the gap between learning solar basics and mastering sales, we offer up to $1,500 in training pay for yourfirst 4 deals. Team members who set 5 closed deals in their first 60 days will be rewarded with an all-inclusive cruise at the end of the quarter.
