As our new Sales Representative, you'll sell staffing services to industries like construction, warehouse, and light industrial. No previous Outside Sales experience is necessary – we'll provide all the training you need to succeed!

We're looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. As an Outside Sales Representative/Business Development Specialist, you'll:
- Engage in new business development through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Compile lists of prospective customers from lead generating databases, newspapers, business directories, and other sources
- Travel throughout your assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders and maintain excellent customer service
- Quote prices and credit terms, prepare sales contracts and customer applications for orders maintained
- Complete job site survey reports and prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume and potential sales
- Record all customer and prospect contact information in our proprietary software and transmit reports to management on a weekly basis

- A team player who is self-motivated and works well under pressure
- Previous business-to-business sales experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to effectively contact the customer/potential customer base
