Job Duties include, but not limited to:
- Providing direct provision of care and supervision to clients according to agency policies and procedures, licensing and accreditation requirements.
- Creating a therapeutic environment to provide appropriate care to our clients. Functioning as a part of the treatment team and helps implement the client’s treatment plan
- Exhibiting professionalism and positive role modeling for clients, peers and outside groups/visitors.
- Promoting health care protocols to included medication administration and other medical tasks as designated by the program nurse.
- Ensuring that the client's needs for clothing, nutrition, hygiene, rest and recreation are met on a daily basis.
- Identifying potential risk factors (in a program environment) and taking measures to reduce those risks.
- Creating a safe, secure and sanitary environment.
- Observing, defining and addressing client behavior.
- Maintaining confidentiality of client’s protected health information and complies with the HIPAA privacy rule.
- Ensuring own professional growth and development.
- Completes all required documentation and paperwork according to agency standards and requirements.
- Providing transportation to clients in care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour

- residential care: 1 year (Preferred)
