Universal Specialist for Dining and Resident Services
Full-Time – includes weekends
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Serve food and beverages to elders in a timely and positive manner
- Clear, clean, and reset tables
- Clean/maintain food service areas including dining room, service area, and kitchen
- Assist with dishwashing
- Assist with resident concierge and hospitality services
Qualifications:
- Previous wait staff experience preferred
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Positive attitude with ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs / push/pull/carry up to 30 lbs; constant standing and frequent walking required
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid food handler card
- Must pass criminal background check and drug test
