Who we’re looking for

Toyota’s Demand & Supply Management (DSM) Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Digital Transformation Analyst.

The main responsibilities of this role are to support, design, and co-create multiple projects within the Supply & Fulfillment transformation program to modernize our supply & fulfilment operations, as well as working to proactively identify areas of opportunity to better support our customers and stakeholders.

Reporting to the DSM Digital Transformation Product Manager, the person in this highly visible role will work across multiple departments to support the department’s objective to transform supply and fulfillment operations and optimize TMNA Sales & Production Planning.

What you’ll be doing

  • Contribute as a member of a digital product team, helping to develop product roadmap, feature prioritization, and understanding current and future customer needs.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis of various product and related data to understand product performance, identify and resolve issues, as well as determine future improvements.
  • Assist with development of POVs on product improvement opportunities by creating analyses/dashboards.
  • Work in a cross-functional team with other demand transformation products, IT partners as well as vendor partners.
  • Support the team by helping with stakeholder and customer management – issue tracking & resolution, larger product integration with other transformational initiatives, etc.
  • Work with the operations team to support change management opportunities, and integration with existing processes.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) and/or equivalent relevant experience (e.g. Analytics, Strategy, Engineering, Project Management, etc.).
  • Experience developing queries in Python, SQL, and/or R programming to extract, combine, and transform data.
  • Experience with a visualization platform such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlikview (Tableau preferred).
  • Experience working on large projects and utilizing agile/scrum methodology.
  • Proven track record leveraging tech to automate and enhance business processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively address complex data-related challenges.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to present insights to varying stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Must have interpersonal skills, empathy, and a customer service mindset.

  • Passion for the automotive industry and understanding of current business challenges.
  • Supply Chain Operations and Management experience.
  • Experience using Alteryx.
  • Experience working with data in a variety of environments such as Databricks, Redshift, and Denodo,
