We are currently hiring for a full-time Digital Specialist. Applicants need to have great social skills and be a quick study with technology and social media.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Guiding clients through the process of creating a LinkedIn profile
- Directing clients to the appropriate resources within their company
- Using screen-sharing to help troubleshoot with LinkedIn onboarding
- Overseeing the help desk’s phone line and email account
- Tracking activities for client reporting
- Helping with other digital program needs
Requirements:
- Technology Skills – comfortable with LinkedIn, screen-sharing, etc.
- Professionalism – representing our firm with the highest standards
- Positive Attitude – managing excellent client relationships
- Digital marketing knowledge is a plus
