Position: Digital Solution Site Leader        
Be inspired to innovate our business with Digital Solutions. The Digital Solution Site Leader is responsible for leading their Digital Solution team(s), who will be focused on facilitating operational efficiency, improving organizational communication and customer service as well as implementing new processes and solutions.
 
The Digital Solution Site Leader must have a strong understanding of the technologies and solutions that support the teams and processes. Must be able to translate business needs and functional requirements into solutions.
 
The Digital Solution Site Leader is also responsible for partnering and building relationships within the organization with the primary objective of providing enhanced organizational capabilities. The successful candidate must be able to lead and manage teams to document, design and implement major business processes/solutions. Leadership, coaching and mentoring of direct reports and good influencing skills across teams will also be critical skills.
Role & Responsibility
  • Maintain business relationship by partnering and developing a strong understanding of the business solutions and processes within assigned business functions to drive digital results
  • Lead process/solution development, improvements, and implementation at a site and across the organization
  • Assist with the design and rollout of standard processes and solutions to drive continuous improvement across the Digital Solution Analyst organization with collaboration across regions
  • Lead and manage project teams from initial requirements gathering through implementation and stabilization, while maintaining project objectives, timeline and budget
  • Develop and mentor the Solution Analyst team for change management, technical and leadership skills 
  • Collect, analyze and prioritize business requests from the assigned site/function to align with global business processes and objectives
  • Bring business requests & requirements to the Global Architect teams for approval and development to support Global Business Transformation goals
  • Develop and provide training on new processes/solutions to key business users
  • Provide leadership in the development of value-driven technology strategies, methods, and standards
  • Participate in functional, regional and global council meetings
  • Maintain relationship with regional and global affiliates & business units for process consistency and alignment
  • Define detailed product requirements and use cases for the development of verification and test scenarios
  • Assist with annual resource & budget planning activities for assigned site/functions
  • Define, implement and ‘enforce’ the use of best practices, world class technology and proven methodologies, leveraging from corporate policies and standards
  • Lead Day to Day solution management at the assigned site/function of responsibility
  • Apply knowledge of external markets/trends and new technology to daily role
  • Facilitate operational efficiency, improve organizational communication and overall customer service

Job Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in related field/discipline and relevant experience implementing business process change and leading teams
  • 10 to 15 years related experience
  • Travel Standard 15-20%
  • Business process design and management experience
  • Project management skills
  • Process discovery and documentation
  • Good oral and written communications skills required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Ability to develop product requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis results and feedback from the user community
  • Ability to develop test conditions and expected results based on the business application requirements
  • Agile methodology and change management experience a plus
