Senior Digital Project Manager

As part of Aura's marketing team, you'll project manage our asset creation processes and lead key initiatives for our landing pages and websites. You are customer-centric, organized, and results-oriented, with knowledge of user-centered design thinking and technical experience with web development tools and best practices. Your experience will bring projects from ideation and requirements gathering through design, development, and delivery. The role is highly cross-functional and collaborative-attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously is a must. 

• Project manage asset creation across product marketing, creative, and web teams, including intake and grooming of requests, weighing and assigning work, ensuring timely handoffs of assets between teams, and proactively surfacing at-risk projects. 

• Manage, mentor and support a team of 2 internal landing page developers and freelance talent, grooming tickets and planning weekly sprints, establishing processes and workflows, and delivering highest quality work to requesters on time.

• Work with growth, product marketing, brand, and comms teams to support direct to consumer campaigns and tests 

• Host and steer weekly planning sessions with stakeholders to align on prioritization, raise open items, and ensure cross-functional alignment.

• Manage Aura's webpage technology stack including Instapage, Webflow, Contentful, Wisepops, proactively identifying gaps in our solution set, managing client relationships and contracts.

• Work with the analytics team to develop and track engagement, satisfaction, and performance metrics to measure and track site effectiveness.

• Working with designers, ensure all content and design elements are aligned with brand standards.

• Develop knowledge of the competitive landscape and other best-in-class websites.

• Support other key website and landing page projects across brands.

• 6-8+ years of cross-functional project management experience, with 1-2 years of people management experience preferred

• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with innate ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

• Deep knowledge of Asana (or similar project management tools), with demonstrable experience building and optimizing project processes.

• Experience leading web teams and projects, with familiarity with basic coding and CMS tools preferred

• Strong understanding of competitive research and qualitative feedback to inform high-quality user experience.

• A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 but may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
