Our DD (Digital Delivery) team in New York City, NY, is looking for a collaborative Digital Delivery Project Manager to plan, configure, implement, and support Digital Delivery and BIM needs on projects.  Reporting to local and regional Digital Delivery Leadership, you'll manage small to large complex programs with stringent BIM and VDC requirements. You'll share ongoing work, innovations, and expertise supporting the larger organizational need for innovation and process transformation. This is a hybrid role; 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

As a Digital Delivery Project Manager, be prepared to:

  • Oversee the implementation of BIM on new projects
  • Assist with or take ownership for writing the BIM Execution Plan and defining the BIM scope
  • Implement company and client BIM Standards on projects
  • Assist project teams with setup/utilization of BIM, Revit, Navisworks and 3D Modeling Software
  • Perform some QA/QC on design and construction models
  • Maintain integrated BIM, run clash detection reports and maintain issues log
  • Work with a Space Coordinator to ensure designers are producing clash-free designs
  • Participate in Design Review and Clash Resolution meetings
  • Work closely with and ability to represent the PM at high-profile meetings

 

  • Associates or Bachelor degree in Science, Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
  • 3 years Digital Delivery (BIM/VDC) experience leveraging and managing technology in facility design and construction
  • Experience serving as the BIM Lead for projects
  • Ability to troubleshoot software issues and anticipate, identify and resolve problems in a timely manner with a positive solution-based approach
  • Proficiency with Navisworks Manage, including the ability to setup clash reports, rules and selection sets
  • Proficiency with at least one of the following: Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, Revit MEP or Civil 3D
  • Proficiency with editing software (Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, Excel) and visualization software (Adobe Suite and Rendering plug-ins such as Enscape)
  • Experience creating client crash reports and other deliverables in Excel

Ideally, You Will Also Have:

  • Experience developing technical information and presentation material for response to RFP
  • Understanding of project workflows from design, estimation, fabrication, construction documentation, administration, and coordination
  • Knowledge of APIs and Design, Analysis, and Visual Programming tools like Dynamo, Grasshopper, etc.
  • Willingness to research and stay current on BIM related software, technologies & provide BIM and software training as needed
  • Experience participating in user group meetings for BIM related software

The base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $165,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
