Digital Production/Motion Designer

SUMMARY
Be a part of something awesome! The Digital Production/Motion Designer candidate should possess a strong understanding of web design principles, have experience in creating engaging motion content, and be adept at translating creative concepts into compelling digital experiences. Asset support for a range of digital projects include emails, website, mobile, app, display and landing pages. Creating and animating graphics, titles, and visual effects for website usage. This person will deliver final release ready artwork & HTML while maintaining production deadlines.
JOB DUTIES

• Production and design of digital assets from HTML templates to final layouts while maintaining job specifications and brand integrity.
• Develop compelling motion graphics and animations for web and digital marketing campaigns.
• Prepare files for each proofing cycle including supplemental design elements, execute edits, corrections or template modifications and prepare files for release.
• Responsible for remote night/weekend coverage when required, due to business needs.
• Test, troubleshoot and adjust code in website platform and execute scheduling of website content.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education Minimum: Associate degree in related field
Education Preferred: Bachelor's degree in fine arts, design or related field.
Experience Minimum: 1 year experience in Digital focus. Strong portfolio required.
Experience Preferred: 3-5+ years' experience with an area of focus in digital production. 3-5+ years' experience in retail
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Proven experience as a Digital Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and email design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web design and email development.
• Experience with responsive design principles and mobile optimization.
• Knowledge of best practices in UX/UI design.
• Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
