As our Digital Print Production Operator, you will be responsible for job setup and printing using our cut-sheet Digital Printers. You will be in charge of calibrating printers and color-matching projects against our client's Pantone colors / previous jobs. You will also manage the service and maintenance of the machines as needed.
The primary responsibility of the Digital Print Production Operator is to operate and complete all Digital Printing (B&W/Color) production for maximum production efficiency.
```Duties```
As a Printer, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Utilize color management techniques to ensure accurate and consistent color reproduction.
- Operate printer and plotter to produce various projects such as cut vinyl graphics, digitally printed graphics for walls, windows and vehicles or trailers.
- Execute print advertising projects according to client specifications.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing layout designs.
- Apply typography skills to enhance the visual appeal of printed materials.
- Utilize graphic design software to create and manipulate images for printing.
- Conduct prepress tasks such as proofreading, image editing, and file preparation.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in color management techniques for Print Production.
- Experience operating various types of printing presses.
- Knowledge of print advertising principles and practices.
- Strong layout design skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with printing processes and equipment.
- Ability to work with typography to create visually appealing designs.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, flexi software & photoshop.
- Experience in machining and fabricating printing components.
- Understanding of prepress procedures including file preparation and proofing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
