As we are rapidly growing, we are looking for a Digital Media content creator to help with photo, video, and audio editing needs. This is a full time, in house position.

Position Overview
This position is heavily focused in
- Short form video content (TikToks, Reels, Social Ads, etc)
- Long from video content (Online courses)
- Live event photography
- Product photography
- Live model photography
- Photo editing, true to life and editorial
- Video editing
We are looking for someone with a creative eye, passion for their field, and is eager to grow their skills!

Photo and video editing experience is required.
- MUST be a self starter.
- MUST be organized.
- Podcast recording experience is a plus.
Position Requirements (Skills + Qualifications)
- Photography + Video experience, product and people
- Demonstrated proficiency and passion for modern photography and videography styles
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe programs including Photoshop, Premiere, Lightroom, etc.
- Photo + Video Set building
- Receive and manage all video and photography requests.
- Schedule, organize, and manage video and photo shoots.
- Maintain a video and photo shoot calendar.
- Generate high-quality still images and videos worthy of wide audiences that showcase Harper Ellis brand, culture, products, events, etc.
- Create storyboard concepts
- Film and conduct interviews
- Gather necessary b-roll footage
- Edit videos to meet Harper Ellis marketing and communication standards and needs
- Ability to expertly operate high-level cameras, video cameras, microphones, and lighting.
Job duties include
- Shooting website content (photo + video)
- Shooting social media content (photo + video)
- Shooting advertising content, both digital and print
- Editing Photos
- Editing Videos
- Creating social channel optimized content
- Shooting podcast video + audio
- Set building
- Setting up for shoot days + Organize shoot days
- Working with marketing team to plan shoots
- Organizing media
- Other tasks assigned as needed.
