Digital Marketing Supervisor supervises the day-to-day operations to implement the Digital Marketing strategy and to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the company website, and promote an online presence. Utilizes search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to increase traffic to the website. Guides the development, curation, and deployment of compelling content to attract, engage and retain visitors and promote sales. Employs social media, email, and mobile marketing campaigns. Reviews online statistics, marketplace trends, and best practices to optimize online marketing performance.

· Social Media Mastery: Design, build, and sustain our brand's presence across all digital platforms, ensuring consistent engagement and growth.
· Responsible for on-site activation of digital and social activity, including social stations, filming, and photography.
· Performance Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of all digital campaigns, providing regular reports on ROI and KPIs.
· Promotes all MorseLife’s service lines through daily client interactions.
· Trend Identification: Stay ahead by recognizing digital trends and insights, optimizing resources and campaign performance based on these findings.
· Innovative Thinking: Propose and implement creative growth strategies that resonate with our target audience.
· Experimentation: Plan and execute measurable experiments and conversion tests to refine our strategies and approach.
· User Experience: Collaborate with complete Digital Marketing team under the guidance of the Director of BI, AI, & Development to design landing pages and enhance the user's digital journey.
· Technology Assessment: Regularly evaluate emerging digital tools and platforms, recommending adoption where beneficial for our brand.
· All other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $88,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
