The Digital Marketing Specialistwill be primarily responsible for the execution and optimization of paid search and paid social channels for 2-3 BIG brands, but you will also have the opportunity to lean into launching other channels like CTV, Streaming Audio and Direct Mail. You will have a front row seat in how your marketing strategies help grow the BIG brands and their sales. You’ll use data to drive your investment decisions, optimize your campaigns and fuel ideas for testing new creative and audiences. This role will be reporting into the Growth Marketing Manager, who will be consistently coaching, mentoring and giving you the training you need to ensure you are constantly growing and learning. You will collaborate frequently with team members on the brand, ecommerce and data teams and share ideas to continue to push the BIG brands forward. Detailed Job Description:
- Manage, execute and optimize paid ad campaigns across paid search and paid social platforms on a day-to-day basis to maximize profitable performance for the brand
- Maintain and monitor key metrics across paid channels including budget pacing, CPA, CVR, and CAC
- Assist in the development and execution of creative and landing page A/B tests across platforms and synthesize results to brand leaders, creative and ecommerce teams on bottom-line impact
- Manage the testing roadmap and continually iterate off of test outcomes to continue to push channel performance forward
- Assist in the development of CTV, Direct Mail, Programmatic, and Streaming Audio campaigns and testing strategies
- Partner with our Brand and creative teams to generate creative briefs, provide creative recommendations and insights that optimize performance, document tests, and regularly share key findings to inform future initiatives
- Proactively and continually looking for opportunities to improve performance across core marketing channels, never settling for the status quo
- Drive the agenda and lead weekly calls with paid platforms to continue to push the business forward and ensure BIG brands are testing into the latest ad products
- Create and manage the development of brand flowcharts and assist in the decision making of how paid marketing budgets are allocated between platforms
Key Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of experience managing paid search and/or paid social media platforms
- Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, as well as a strong grasp of metrics that drive growth marketing
- Detail and solution oriented
- Takes initiative to solve problems on their own
- A caring team-player who steps up to the plate when you see others struggling
- Strong, professional verbal & written communicator
- Collaborative and willing to listen to and try out new ideas
