Majestic Glove, a manufacturer of personal protective equipment (PPE) and a division of Bunzl, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. Majestic protects America’s workers by developing innovative, reliable, quality products that meet the rigorous demands for a variety of industries. We provide a robust product portfolio of gloves, eyewear, protective clothing and more. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing content distribution for online channels, including social media networks, website and blog, emails, and online community outlets. This role will be responsible for the execution of integrated marketing communications, Digital Marketing plans and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include building campaign timelines and deliverables, increase online traffic for lead generation, SEO, website maintenance/development, product and brand awareness, performing marketing analytics and sales support.

Responsibilities:

  • Support website UX/UI strategy, as well as drive internal/external user adoption for website and PIM.
  • Develop and schedule highly engaging, relevant content to assist with search engine optimization, using tags, keywords, keyword phrases, and meta descriptions.
  • Creates and manages website visual content, product detail pages, and merchandising based on user behavior and metrics.
  • Develop and schedule effective email marketing campaigns, monitor and track results, including segmentation, testing, and continuously evaluating for improvement.
  • Analyzing campaign data and offering data-driven optimizations to meet campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for content and call-to-action messages.
  • Build and manage the editorial/content calendar. Define standards for maximizing content success on all channels, including website, blog, social media, email, and other communication channels.
  • Engage consumers on all key social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn. Twitter, Instagram, blogs & other platforms as required, for the purpose of increasing website sales and SEO.
  • Identify, interpret, and execute social media trends based on analytics and research.
  • Develop and maintain presence and support in online industry-related forum/groups/influencers.
  • Monitor online reputation, including social mentions and interactions on company social profiles, groups, and overall online community.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, New Media, or Internet Marketing preferred
  • Minimum 2 years B2B marketing experience
  • Proficiency with email marketing tools (such as Benchmark, Mailchimp, etc)
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office and Adobe Suite
  • Proficient with social media management tools (such as Hootsuite or Canva)
  • Experience developing and implementing integrated marketing communications through digital and print marketing campaigns.
  • Provide marketing analytics, insights and make data driven decisions.
  • Must possess strong planning, ability to multi-task and mange timelines and set expectations internally and externally. 
  • Creative approach to content strategy and development.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
  • Motivated self-starter with the interpersonal skills required to work with others in a collaborative environment.
  • Able to demonstrate considerable creativity regarding new ideas and initiatives.

Majestic Salary Range: $55K-$75K based on experience, education, and geographic location.
