Anticipated starting salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000/year, dependent on experience.
Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for using research and analysis to improve brand awareness on search engines, social media, and sites that use algorithms to advertise for the Company.  The Digital Marketing Specialist will produce, execute, and analyze marketing tactics, website management growth and online advertising.
Essential Functions & Basic Duties
  1. Responsible for crafting cutting-edge Digital Marketing strategies tailored for our B2B healthcare sector, executing campaigns that resonate with our audience and produce measurable results.
  2. Collaborates with marketing, sales, design, and content teams to optimize customer experience and build brand consistency.
  3. Creates content strategies for digital media spearheading our Paid Digital Advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), managing everything from optimization to creative direction, with a focus on achieving superior KPIs.
  4. Responsibility for the Company’s SEO initiatives to bolster online visibility and drive organic lead generation, working in synergy with our dynamic Communications team.
  5. Collects search engine and web traffic analytics; analyzes marketing data to gain insights into customer behavior, campaign performance, and ROI.  Use these insights to inform marketing strategies.
  6. Implements and optimizes analytics tools to track behavior of website visitors.
  7. Forecasts trends by reviewing search engine optimization (SEO), marketing, and sales performance metrics.
  8. Identifies and monitors audience’s preferences and recommends new campaign strategies.
  9. Maintains knowledge of developments, trends, and best practices in Digital Marketing.
  10. Oversee the maintenance and ongoing improvements of our WordPress website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.

Additional Responsibilities
  1. Completes mandatory training and professional development as required or requested.
  2. Attends company meetings as required or requested.
  3. Ensures adherence to all State and Federal laws, guidelines and regulations including compliance with CLIA and CAP regulations.
  4. Maintain HIPAA requirements at all times.
  5. Adheres specifically to all company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and laws.
  6. This position may require onsite visits at Headquarters and travel to client worksites with traveling up to 10% of the time.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or closely related field.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of marketing B2B experience that included Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, and website management.
Certificate(s) and/or License(s)
  1. Certification in Digital Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) or Data Analytics required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  1. Proven experience in Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, and website management.
  2. Ability to analyze and use data to drive marketing decisions.
  3. Knowledge of web development principles and experience with SEO tools and Digital Marketing platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, WordPress, Canva, etc.
  4. Ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  5. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and report to senior marketing management.
  6. Ability to keep up with the fast-paced changes in Digital Marketing trends and technologies.
  7. Creative skills with experience in PowerPoint, Canva, and other creative tools.
  8. Exceptional professionalism.
  9. Uses sound judgement in escalating appropriate issues to manager.
  10. Quality oriented approach.
  11. Ability to effectively communicate results.
  12. Well-developed written and verbal skills.
  13. Impeccable organizational and time management skills.
  14. Ability to work/communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients.
  15. Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain confidential information, documents, etc.‪

Other
Work is normally performed Monday through Friday during normal business hours, however, may require alternate work hours 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
Individuals appointed or promoted to a position in this class will be required to serve a probationary period of three (3) months.  Performance will be carefully evaluated during the probationary period.  Continuation in this classification will be contingent upon successful completion of the probationary period.
