PURPOSE
The responsibility of the Manager Digital Marketing & Loyalty is to oversee the digital ecosystem of Xperience Restaurant Group brands. This position will lead our Digital Marketing initiatives and execution in off-premises channels, CRM and Loyalty, plus oversee digital and social media agencies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate intimate working knowledge of the current digital space and exhibit proven capability to grow sales, transactions, activation, conversion and engagement.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Mobile Online Ordering and Delivery
- Work with VP, Marketing & Commercial Strategy, VP, IT, and vendor partners to develop off-premise sales goals and promotional plans for online ordering and delivery.
- Manage menus and pricing on all platforms.
- Onboard new restaurants to online ordering and delivery platforms.
- Test and launch new offers and promotions to drive incremental sales and provide key information and timelines for the cross-functional support teams.
CRM and Loyalty
- Create and manage CRM benchmarking to drive open rates, CTR, and database health.
- Optimize program performance by analyzing CRM KPIs and providing guidance to the field marketing teams.
- Develop and maintain loyalty program health and support CLV, enrollment, and member RFM.
- Work with cross-functional teams to provide necessary training to execute effectively in restaurants.
Agency/Vendor/Team Management
- Collaborate with and direct agency and vendor partners and marketing team to ensure creative cohesion across channels and deliver on strategy, deadlines and budget management.
- Collaborate with social and media agencies to seek opportunities to improve social and digital KPIs.
Analysis & Reporting
- Develop digital dashboard with VP, Marketing & Commercial Strategy to establish and track KPIs.
- Monitor performance and impact of all programs/platforms to maximize effectiveness.
- Prepare recommendations and updates with goal of optimizing user experience and conversion.
- Prepare in-depth post-analysis performance reports following sales and social campaigns.
- Assist or complete other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid Driver’s License & Clean MVR
- 21+ years of age
- Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards
- Minimum of three to four (3-4) years related experience
- A passion for interpreting data to make or advise on changes based on that information.
- Demonstrated competency and experience in Digital Marketing.
- Proven interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Solid project management and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Creative, analytical, and takes initiative with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to plan, develop, implement, and track Digital Marketing and social media programs.
- Effectively solve problems, present solutions, and resolve conflicts.
- Manage teams effectively and collaborate with teams and partners.
- Ability to work on competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
