Responsible for the demonstrated success of all Digital Marketing initiatives, and interpreting Digital Marketing data into a cohesive narrative. Analyze data and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Develop compelling content for digital/social campaigns. Supervise outside vendors that may provide creative, media or analytical services for digital campaigns. Support other marketing initiatives as needed to support the business goals of the organization.
- Provide strategic, tactical and analytical insight for online marketing initiatives to support brand building, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales conversion across digital channels.
- Develop and implement marketing plans for online channels including online account opening, online banking, bill pay, estatements and email acquisition.
- Create, manage and implement integrated online marketing campaigns including email marketing initiatives. Work with external email marketing partner and develop an unsubscribe process, manage unsubscribe list and provide reporting on email marketing metrics. Manage online bill pay promotions.
- Support, optimize and manage content for company intranet and website including evaluation of third party add-on enhancements.
- Manage content development including copywriting, editing and new page design including monthly podcasts and online videos. Ensure quality and consistency of content on the website. Work with web site hosting firm and developer on significant page redesign and/or enhancements.
- Manage SEO (organic and paid) projects through hands-on optimization, including keyword/phrase research, site structure/information architecture, page construction, content, and SEO copywriting.
- Develop recommendations and coordinate social media strategy, plans and process.
- Produce regular reporting for website and online marketing initiatives, using monitoring tools such as, Google Analytics, , Documatix and Fivision. Recommend strategies to improve the channel.
- Manage brand monitoring using free and/or paid services such as SocialMention, Google Alerts, Whostalkin, Hubspot and Tweetdeck.
- Work closely with internal and external business partners to ensure compliant online component of marketing initiatives.
- Provide exceptional service to internal and external business partners.
- Assist with annual marketing plan and budget development for all Digital Marketing initiatives
- Participate in overall effective management of the marketing department and represent department as needed at internal bank meetings as well as external meetings with third party service providers. Act as a mentor for junior employees.
- Project a professional image to maintain credibility with customers and team members
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office products, especially powerpoint and Excel. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Strong project management skills

Experience and Skills:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years’ concentration in Digital Marketing, eCommerce or marketing in a financial services company
- High level of proficiency in Digital Marketing, including the ability to conceptualize user navigation/flow through new online services
- Must possess knowledge of analytics and user experience, website development and management
- Knowledge of TISA, TIL, RESPA, Reg.D, UDAAP, CanSpam, Privacy, GLBA and Do Not Call regulations as they apply specifically to marketing
- Experience with design/creative software a plus
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Normal business office environment
- Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary
- Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management
- Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance
