About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Experience Coordinator to support the efficient execution of digital projects across GoodRx.com. As a Digital Experience Coordinator, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflows, timely deliveries, and the successful completion of key digital initiatives supporting key revenue streams including the prescriptions and B2B (Manufacturer Solutions) businesses. Your role will contribute to maintaining high-quality digital assets, optimizing processes, and ensuring a smooth digital production cycle.
Responsibilities
Content Scheduling: Work closely with stakeholders to schedule and publish digital content across GoodRx.com.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on digital assets to ensure they meet design standards, are free of errors, and provide a seamless user experience.
Content Management Systems: Utilize content management systems (CMS) to upload and manage digital content, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
Digital Touchpoint Coordination:Collaborate with design, engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure consistent and user-centric Digital Experiences across platforms such as the company website, mobile apps, social media, and email campaigns.
A/B Testing and Optimization: Support the setup and execution of A/B tests to optimize digital elements and user interactions.
Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open channels of communication with various teams, fostering a collaborative environment. Coordinate feedback loops to ensure alignment on digital initiatives.
Issue Resolution: Identify and address technical issues or user experience glitches promptly. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and ensure a seamless Digital Experience.
Documentation, Project Management and Reporting: Maintain records of Digital Experience initiatives, projects, and outcomes. Ensure all stakeholders are delivering projects on-time while managing timeline expectations with leadership.
Continuous Learning:Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, digital marketing strategies, and technology advancements. Seek opportunities for professional development and contribute to the team's knowledge growth.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Design, Business, or a related field, or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in a digital coordination, production or project management, UX/UI design, or related role within the digital/e-commerce landscape.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable learning and acting as an editor within complex content management systems (Contentful experience strongly preferred but other CMS experience is fine).
  • Comfortable learning and using project management tools (Asana, Jira, etc.) to manage multiple projects and ability to prioritize tasks in an effective manner.
  • Interest in understanding design principles and digital asset formats.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Problem-solving, solution-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, user experience (UX), and web development concepts is a plus.

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.
San Francisco Office:
$56,000.00 - $85,000.00
New York and Seattle Offices:
$52,000.00 - $78,000.00
Santa Monica Office:
$47,000.00 - $71,000.00
Other Office Locations:
$42,000.00 - $64,000.00
