Job Description:
Bank of America’s Digital Payments’ team is seeking a Digital Director, Digital Wallets and Tokenization, to lead fraud and claims token performance management in partnership with the fraud, claims, and payment network performance management teams to reduce the fraud risks associated with token provisioning and token payment authorizaitons.
The Digital Director will be a senior individual contributer that:
- Consults and partners across Global Payment Solutions an addition to product, fraud, claims, servicing, and digital teams to bring new digital card/token features to market and to simplify and improve existing features.
- Manages relationships externally with digital wallet providers and networks for items relating to token fraud and claims.
- Develops and presents compelling, executive-ready presentations conveying the strategy, business case, recommendations, and/or enhancement opportunities to key stakeholders.
- Maintains visibility into industry trends and developments/
- Leads the design, development, execution and continuous improvement of reporting and dashboards to managed tokenization performance.
- Executes business/strategic planning processes to get projects prioritized and on the delivery roadmap.
- Independently leads projects and effectively partners with key project stakeholders to deliver projects on time and on budget.

- 5+ years of experience working in payments or related business.
- Structured Thinking: Able to understand business processes, identify problems, and take a logical approach to drive continuous improvement.
- Intellectual Curiosity: Ability to independntly take on complex business problems and learn about new approaches that can drive value to the organization.
- Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate complex topics with both business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including situation analysis, problem identification, and solution recommendation strategies.

- Subject Matter Expertise: Working knowledge of fraud risks in card payments and how fraud is prevented, detected, and how claims (non-fraud and fraud) are processed and handled by card issuers and card networks
