You will join an agile team, helping to drive the build of a variety of high-profile applications using modern tools and infrastructure including Snowflake, Customer Data Platforms, Customer Identity & Access Management, and Marketing Cloud solutions. This role will involve planning, business and data analysis, functional and technical design, as well as close partnership and interaction with the Digital Marketing and IT teams to support the deployment of best in class technology to optimize and expand digital engagement programs leading to better targeting and engagement with our professionals, customers and consumers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years Professional experience working in Information Technology/ Data Analytics within Digital Marketing
- Proficient in Python and SQL
- Understanding of Customer Data Platform and experience in enabling activation ready use cases
- Hands-on experience with data integration, data transformation frameworks, tools, and methodologies
- Familiarity with governmental privacy regulations on the collection and use of customer data (such a GDPR and CCPA) and how this impacts customer data management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Knowledge of data management concepts like data modeling and warehousing
- Familiarity with Airflow, DBT and pipeline automation
- Familiarity with Web & Marketing Technologies & APIs
- Experience with Snowflake and/or GCP
- Familiarity with Agile Methodology and SCRUM

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
