### Digital Content Marketer
As the Digital Content Marketer, you will be tasked with analyzing current media and industry trends to develop engaging content marketing techniques that raise customer engagement and attract potential new customers and leads. This involves developing multi-channel data-driven content, overseeing and managing the editorial calendar, managing a remote content team of writers and contractors, growing targeted website traffic and measuring that growth, developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns, and working within the Marketing Department to help develop lead magnets, website copy, and SEO strategies that drive results.
### Primary Responsibilities of the Role
- Create, edit, and publish quality content that our target audience seeks, leading to increased brand awareness, sales leads, customer engagement, and loyalty.
- Function as the “Voice of Tithe.ly” with our mission and vision as a guide
- Conceptualize multichannel marketing campaigns that speak directly to the needs of the existing and prospective customers; achieving business goals, setting and measuring KPIs, budget adherence, creation, distribution, and measuring performance
- Develop, implement, and manage the editorial calendar for our blog, case studies, and more
- Guide and develop a team of contracted writers, graphic designers, and videographers, ensuring consistent deliverables that increase our overall marketing bandwidth and quality
- Coach our internal team with editorial, creative, and technical support that elevates the caliber of all materials produced in the marketing department
- Fully own the analytic reporting of all your initiatives around content creation and lead generation providing clarity of SEO performance, engagement, and goal completion and using this data to inform subsequent strategy decisions
- Build an online presence that grows organic search traffic
- Oversee all aspects of email marketing, including weekly content creation, automation and sequences, and maintenance of distribution lists

### Technical Qualifications
#### Required:
- Exceptional writing skills
- Ability to develop original content that provokes engagement
- Proven ability to create SEO-focused blog content for keyword placement and best practices that drives targeted traffic
- Email marketing experience (Hubspot, Mailchimp, or equivalent)
#### Preferred:
- Experience or certification in Hubspot marketing tools
- 3-4 years marketing experience or in a similar role
- Experience working in SaaS and/or B2B Marketing
- Proficiency with popular content management systems
- Knowledge of basic HTML
- Knowledge and experience with AI writing tools and SEO tools
#### Office Requirements:
- We are a fully distributed team (100% remote) with travel required 1-2 times per year
- A stable work environment with designated workspace and access to high-speed internet. We will provide all necessary equipment
- US or CAN based and legally able to work full time in the US or CAN. Sponsorships are not available at this time
