- Support the film crew while filming at the Opry as a production assistant. This may include setting up / tearing down of gear, picking up and dropping off rentals, coordinating with artist relations team and various other supportive tasks.
- Support the Digital Content team in post-production process by editing and preparing video footage from Grand Ole Opry shows for publication on Opry social channels.
- Sit in and contribute to the weekly production planning meetings.
- Join in regular brainstorm meetings.
- Implement video content best practices across Opry digital platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Apple Music, and more.
- Facilitate social media initiatives by editing long form content into short social clips.
- Time permitting, assist VP of Production and Director of production in the organization and maintenance of shoot invoices and various other administrative duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Regular and reliable attendance is an expectation of this job.
Requirements:- Enrolled in an undergraduate program studying Marketing, Digital Media, or other related fields
Experience:
- Previous experience in digital media creation and editing is necessary
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong working knowledge of Premiere Pro and Photoshop
- Working knowledge of motion graphics is a plus
- Ability to prioritize large project lists, plan ahead, and meet necessary deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Highly motivated with strong initiative and great attitude
