Job Description:
The Digital Content Creator will be a motivated individual who is passionate about creating effective Digital Content that tells a compelling story and produces tangible results. The candidate will play a key role in creating and delivering engaging and inspiring content across our range of digital channels. Ensuring our Digital Content supports and enhances our business offerings and delivers our messages effectively, the role will support the EIP Marketing Team in shaping the Digital Content strategy. This role requires someone who is creative and can identify, create, manage and deliver Digital Content using a range of techniques, across channels including websites, social media and webinars. The role will work across a range of projects in the organization and therefore effective working relationships will need to be formed with various internal teams, external stakeholders and third-party suppliers. The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in videography, editing and animation.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead on the day-to-day creation and management of our Digital Content to share with marketing team for websites, newsletters, organic and paid social media, as well as content libraries for brands under EIP.
  • Plan, produce and create a program of Digital Content to be used across all our digital channels, increasing engagement with our audiences and stakeholders.
  • Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering Digital Content and keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
  • Create graphics and edit photos and videos, while collaborating with the larger marketing team and other EIP staff.
  • Create awareness and interest within our audiences and stakeholder groups, driving traffic to engage with Digital Content.
  • Contribute to and work with relevant teams and stakeholders to develop, manage and implement the digital side of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Train and share knowledge with internal teams wherever possible to empower them to manage their own areas with ad-hoc support.
  • Work with contractors, suppliers and freelancers as authorized to support the role.
  • Attend a variety of events, meetings and functions, of EIP and relevant partner organizations and companies, including in the evenings, to source material for creating Digital Content.

Requirements:
  • Associate degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in content creation, digital marketing, marketing or communications.
  • Experience using web content management systems, preferably WordPress or similar web hosting platforms.
  • Experience developing and managing social media campaigns across channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram, using tools like AgoraPulse, Hootsuite, Airtable, or Asana.
  • Understanding of digital analytics and metrics, their importance and the tools to monitor, manage and evaluate them, like Google Analytics, AgoraPulse, Hootsuite, SEMRush
  • Experience of photography and creating/editing images, using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Affects and Adobe Express, Final Cut and/or Davinci.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and structure work schedules.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with some science or technical background.
  • Experience of video production, including filming, editing and delivering via channels such as YouTube.

Additional Information:
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000Annually. Note: This is for a one year appointment renewable based on successful performance and availability of funding.
