- Organic Social Media Management (HubSpot for Scheduling/Analytics): manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, Glassdoor, YouTube), including social post calendar management, writing social copy for all channels using platform-specific techniques, creating graphics, scheduling, engaging with posts, updating profiles, and monitoring for negative comments/reputational risks. Serve as social media expert; stay up to date on emerging trends and platform changes and share internally; develop strategy and advise on best practices.
- Paid Advertising (primarily LinkedIn Campaign Manager): Develop, execute, and evaluate paid advertising campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Email Marketing/Lead Generation (via HubSpot): end to end execution of monthly newsletter, automated email workflow set-up/maintenance, lead generation form creation/maintenance, and contact segmentation.
- Observance Month/Holidays Outreach: Coordinate outreach efforts in alignment with LMI’s commitment to diversity: prepare calls for employee blog submissions, collaborate with employee resource groups, coordinate editing/graphic support, adjudicate edits, coordinate approvals, and publish content across channels.
- Analytics (HubSpot, Google Analytics): Analyze and report social media and email marketing KPIs monthly; adjust strategy based on data. Export LinkedIn metrics monthly.
- External Website(Drupal CMS): content publishing, issue reporting, site fix / enhancement testing, provide support for special projects (e.g. new website input & testing, support communications with/guidance for 3rd party vendors)
- Miscellaneous Projects: Support special projects as needed (e.g. creation of message framework, manage recruiting social media campaign, A/B testing for email marketing and paid social ads, video scripts, coordination support for digital platform renewals, user administration.)
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in journalism, marketing, digital marketing, public relations, or communications
- 4 or more total years of experience in related field
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
