The Digital Campaign Manager is a vital member of the Marketing and Communications team reporting directly to the VP of Digital Marketing and Communications by supporting Digital Campaign implementation and analysis on performance across a wide range of digital efforts including search, display, video and email.

The Manager has a keen sense for current digital trends and technologies and understands the vital role metrics and data attribution play in driving overall marketing and communications goals. Experience executing Digital Campaigns across a diverse product mix and handling large sets of data and KPI metrics is important. The Manager must have a passion for digital platforms, data visualization and an analytical mindset to help drive optimal performance and showcase results.

RESPONSIBILITIES
    Aid in the development and execution of Digital Campaigns including search, email marketing, display and video for major initiatives.
  • Define program mix, targeting, timing and budgets for Digital Campaigns.
  • Work with creative services team to develop campaign concepts, messaging and campaign deliverables that support the company's goals and reach defined targeted audiences.
  • Drive optimization strategies across the digital product mix. Monitor campaign effectiveness and make recommendations that result in effective campaign performance and ROI.
  • Work collaboratively with all necessary internal teams and external agencies to recommend overall Digital Campaign strategy and ongoing modifications for optimal results. May include (but not limited to) strategy changes and budget recommendations.
  • Communicate thoroughly and accurately with all appropriate parties to ensure projects are completed within deadline.
  • Build effective campaign strategies and tactics utilizing marketing automation through Salesforce tools like Pardot and Advertising Studio.
  • Implement and analyze multivariate testing strategies and communicate results to inform optimizations and strategy.
  • Identify trends in digital marketing and stay on top of emerging digital platforms and reporting tools that can be leveraged to support successful digital media plans.
  • Ensure optimal tracking across digital and communication systems and touchpoints, including KPIs, audience segments and data attributes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with other Marketing, Communications and IT teams to achieve holistic and integrated data collection and analysis processes.
  • Analyze internal and external campaign data using tools including database queries (SQL, Access), spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics (Google Analytics), and campaign management software tools.
  • Aid in implementing a data visualization platform that consolidates raw data from multiple sources and serves as a single location to view analytics for Digital Campaigns and KPIs.
  • Present Digital Campaign reports and performance data. Ability to synthesize metrics and related data into a story that can be understood by varying levels of digital acumen.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing campaign management or strategist role.
  • Extensive experience working with digital products and digital platforms including AdWords, Ads Manager, Pardot (or similar email marketing platform), programmatic platforms
  • Strong organization and project management skills, with a strong ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to articulate messaging and results to various audiences.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytics skills with a high degree of business acumen.
  • Proven ability to extract strategic insights to impact business performance.
  • Experienced in analyzing and mining data insights from digital sources as well as internal sources (Salesforce, etc.) to display information in an understandable and non-technical manner to help drive recommendations.
  • Proven ability to handle concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Can embrace change, take initiative and work well in a collaborative, learning work environment.
  • Takes initiative to collaborate with the team to contribute to revenue retention and growth, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Experience implementing customer research methods such as survey design, development, and analysis.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Google Data Studio/Looker, Power BI, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.
  • Hypothesis formation and testing methodologies.
  • Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills with ability to write and present highly complex materials to a wider and less-technical audience.
  • Extensive experience with digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics) and CRMs (Salesforce, etc.)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (pivot tables, index formulas, etc.).
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint).

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree

$100,000- $110,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
