Who we are looking for:

VML Atlanta is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Digital Asset Manager to join our dynamic Delivery team. You will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing Digital Assets across various campaigns and platforms for our leading client in the computer technology sector.

A note about workstyle: VML would like candidates for this position to be comfortable going into our Atlanta office 2-3 days a week. 

What you'll do:

  • Establish and maintain an efficient system for cataloging, storing, and retrieving Digital Assets including images, videos, multimedia content, and other creative elements.
  • Process and curate high volume of assets across 360 creative campaigns. Implement comprehensive metadata and tagging strategies to enable quick and efficient asset searchability and retrieval.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of Digital Assets from creation to archiving, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with creative and production teams to gather, organize, and manage assets, ensuring they are readily available for use in marketing campaigns.
  • Assess and optimize Digital Assets for various platforms and devices, ensuring they are appropriately sized, formatted, and tagged for maximum impact and performance.
  • Monitor asset usage, track performance metrics, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of Digital Assets in campaigns.

What you'll need:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Digital Asset management, preferably within an advertising agency or marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Asset management systems, metadata standards, legal issues, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Digital Asset management tools/software (Adobe Experience Manager preferred, Drupal, Sitecore, WordPress, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of computer technology industry trends, products, and marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Basic familiarity of standard creative tools including the Adobe Creative Suite.
