Personal Skills:
- Support day-to-day Asset Management operations such as ingestion, distribution, permissions, and metadata governance of the organization's MAM (Iconik)
- Work closely with Live Production team on Hawks gamedays to ensure that all game content is ingested into the MAM
- Responsible for preservation and archival cataloging efforts of the historical asset library
- Organize, ingest, and add metadata to current physical archive or photos, videos, and promo material
- Communicate with Studios, Social, and Marketing partners around their media needs
- Review asset uploads from contract contributors and third-party vendors to ensure they follow approved metadata, structured naming standards, and content upload processes
- Archiving and retrieving content per the needs of Hawks Studios, Social, and Marketing
Qualifications:
- Comfortable working with media collections, metadata curation, digital deliverables, and Asset Management systems in both video and still photography mediums
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, print and interactive image production, and digital video technologies (including video production workflows)
- Familiar with Audio/Video/Image containers, codecs, and file formats
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Education & Job Experience:
- College education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required)
- Extensive knowledge of MacOS systems strongly preferred
- Creative Services post-production experience a plus
