Dietary Aide

Are you someone who appreciates working in a helpful work environment, that cares for the elderly, organized and likes to be part of team ? We would like to interview you here at Brentwood Nursing Home.

Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate/ GED

• Must be proficient in oral and written communication skills

• Must have the ability to project a positive and professional image

• Previous kitchen experience is helpful.

• Must be able to lift various weights, of up to 25 pounds or more with assistance.

• Works in areas that are hot as well as cold and with equipment common to a food service Kitchen

Dietary Duties:

• Prepares the main dining room for meal service.

• Sets tables with necessary items.

• Menus are set up for breakfast, lunch and dinner

• Work area is to be cleaned and sanitized

• Tables are cleaned after meal service using proper sanitation guidelines and procedures.
