SalaryThe Mansion Nursing & Rehab Center is looking for a part time Dietary Aide. This position is 12-16 hours a week. The shifts are 3p-7p and include every other weekend.
Dietary Aide Responsibilities:
- reviews menu and prepares desserts according to diet specifications
- prepares salads, fruits, condiments, etc. according to menu and places on rays as required
- assist cook in meal service
- at end of meal service: wash tables, sweep and mop floor
- operates dumbwaiter with cook to send meals upstairs and receive after meal service
- washes cookware and pots. Operates dishwasher to clean and disinfect all meal-service dishes and utensils
