Part Time and Full-Time Position

Whittier Hills Healthcare Center is looking a for a motivated and self driven Dietary Aide to join our team!

The Dietary Aide is responsible for assisting in all dietary services under the supervision of the Dietary Supervisor following the dietary policies and procedures.

Essential Functions:

• Assisting in all dietary day to day responsibilities needed.
• Ensuring that all dietary policies and procedures are being followed accordingly.
• Working closely with our Registered Dietician and Dietary Supervisor to implement recommended changes
• Inventorying incoming food, supplies , etc.
• Ensuring that work environment is maintained clean and safe at all times in compliance with Infection Control and Facility policies and procedures
• Assisting with the food tray line process.
• Assembling resident food trays accordingly following diet orders.
• Customer Service
• Teamwork

Qualifications:

• Dietary Aide Experience (preferred)
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience (preferred)
• Highschool or GED (preferred)

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
