Job Description
As a Mobile Diesel Technician (also known as Diesel Mechanic, Fleet Maintenance Technician), you will diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on tractors and trailers, perform preventive maintenance on our fleet, handle emergency road calls, and conduct DOT inspections. This role requires physical capability to perform all job duties, including lifting and/or pulling 75 lbs or more without restriction, standing or lying for extended periods, and having flexible movement to reach equipment.

- Technical or advanced degree or 2+ years of equivalent maintenance experience.
- Ability to obtain a Class B license.
- Proficiency in manual machining skills, blueprint reading, quality inspection, preventive maintenance planning, electrical schematics, and troubleshooting.
- ASE Certification in preventative maintenance & brakes preferred.
