Responsible for troubleshooting electrical control circuits and repairing and maintaining all electrical systems in the facility
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all hydraulic and pneumatic systems as needed
• Responsible for repairing electrical furnaces and making sure they are properly maintained on a routine basis
• You will also be repairing transformers, buss bars, water tower, pumps, and compressors as needed.
• Responsible for troubleshooting electrical control circuits and repairing and maintaining all electrical systems in the facility
• Capable of assisting or repairing PLC hardware for Die Cast and other plant equipment
• Responsible to successfully complete all required safety training, including Lock/Out Tag/Out Training
• Maintenance Techs will also repair water cooling systems and plant air systems when required. Repair/rebuild all parts of a Die Cast machine, gear reduction units, and forklifts
• Must follow all safety rules and policies as set forth by OSHA guidelines and Pace Industries policies and procedures as outlined in the employee manual
• Follow the requirements of the Quality Policy, ISO/TS system, and procedures and participate in the Continuous Quality process
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and report any unsafe conditions in a timely manner
• Must follow all safety rules and policies as set forth by OSHA guidelines and Pace Industries, including wearing the proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
