Dietitians at Home is Chicago's leading in-home dietitian program, providing innovative Nutritional Counseling Services to diabetic patients in the comfort of their own home. We also deliver a full line of Diabetic Shoes to our patient’s homes.
We have an exciting job opportunity for someone who is driven by sales goals with excellent presentation skills, likes talking with geriatric patients, enjoys driving and wants to make an impact in a person with Diabetes by fitting them with the perfect shoe. We provide training, a company truck, I-pass, and gas.
In this position you will be responsible for measuring and fitting patients for Diabetic Shoes in the patient’s home.
The daily responsibilities include:
- Drive to patients homes 3 days a week - 12 hours a day
- Measure the patients feet
- Help patient select a proper style based on their foot condition
- Fill out all paperwork to satisfy Medicare and HIPAA requirements
- Return paperwork to office
- Deliver patients shoes
- While at patients home, verify shoe fits properly
- Answer questions that patient or family member has
QUALIFICATIONS
- Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work with no supervision
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Drug free
PREFERRED
- Experience with driving and navigating throughout Chicagoland
- Experience with driving a larger van would be a plus
This is a full time position; compensation is based on commission per pair of shoes delivered. Benefits after 90 days.
