Job Description
- Providing technical expertise and consultative advice for enterprise customers
- Focusing primarily on post-sale and customer success activities, but joining pre-sales conversations as needed to help sell professional services in addition to SaaS licenses
- Architecting and designing infrastructure and DevOps solutions for customers
- Accelerating the onboarding, deployment, and implementation of SaaS products
- Working with Project Managers to help with estimates and to create SOWs
- Serving as an engineer as needed, creating advanced scripts and automation for clients via APIs
- Supporting future up-selling opportunities in collaboration with sales, helping customers expand
- Meeting with customers to understand their needs and assist them via professional services
- Experience in a customer-facing solutions engineering role
- Experience architecting enterprise solutions in the B2B software industry
- Very technical and hands-on, with experience in DevOps engineering
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of security engineering or DevSecOps is preferred
- Cloud experience with either AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Strong scripting and automation experience with Python or Java
- Experience with on-prem solutions and servers
- Experience with containers – Kubernetes and Docker
- $200K - $225K
