The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. * The target annual bonus for this role is 7.5% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.

We’re looking for a highly skilled and proactive Development Specialist to support Wendy’s global growth goals. As a member of the Global Strategic Development & Analysis team charged with strategic planning, initiatives & execution, you will play a critical role in analysis and development of new restaurants. Reporting to the Manager of Global Strategic Development & Analysis, you will work with key leaders internally and externally to mitigate risks, streamline processes, and drive business decisions in support of our new restaurant pipeline.
Responsibilities: U.S. NEW BUILD PIPELINE
Responsible for integrity of new build pipeline data across the United States. Participate in key internal and external meetings to gain project updates and insights post building permit submittal to build confidence in project opening timelines. Examine project schedules and capture vital information to drive project status awareness and help unlock our development pipeline.
U.S. DEVELOPMENT KEY LEADING INDICATORS
Inspect key leading indicators and conduct gap analysis to identify barriers to development. Communicate clear and concise result to drive awareness. Support barrier busting and mitigation of risk to development timing by working with key franchisees, real estate leaders, construction experts, and development partners on project timelines.
GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT REPORTING & ANALYTICS
Systematic reporting of global development data for share out across the organization. Track global net new forecasting against AOP & LRP. Analyze global data and support ad hoc requests to engage cross-functional partners and drive business decisions/outcomes.
NORTH AMERICA FDP PROCESSING
Responsible for processing North America Franchise Development Program invoices and reimbursables to meet financial goals and drive overall growth.

Minimum Wage: USD $60,000.00/Yr. Maximum Wage: USD $102,000.00/Yr. Qualifications: Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Data Science, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated success managing multiple and diverse task/projects
- Strong attention to detail with outstanding follow-through, and the ability to work both collaboratively with a team and independently without significant assistance or direction
- Solid computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel
- Experience in construction project coordination and capital budgeting
- Experience with accounting systems (e.g. Oracle) and Project Management Software
