ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Everybody Votes Campaign (EVC) is a national, not-for-profit hiring staff for a large-scale coordinated civic engagement campaign active through the 2024 election cycle. The campaign aims to create a more representative democracy by registering millions of underrepresented voters across the country. The campaign seeks an experienced Development Coordinator to work under the Senior Development Manager. The Development Coordinator will work with the Senior Development Manager and other stakeholders to successfully reach fundraising goals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR ROLE
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide fundraising support to the Senior Development Manager and senior staff.
Support the maintenance of EVC’s donor database, ensuring that required fundraising documentation is properly recorded and saved.
Monitoring incoming support to ensure timely follow-up with donors, including managing bulk mail and email sends for thank you notes and acknowledgments.
Assisting in the preparation of briefing materials for events, meetings, travel and presentations.
Proactively brainstorming new ideas for the identification, cultivation, and maintenance of new prospects and helping implement more efficient methods for tracking and recording information.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE
This is a great opportunity for someone who:
Has a background in fundraising and/or development.
Is organized, detail oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Has the ability to multi-task and flexibility in shifting priorities based on changing work needs.
Has experience successfully managing a contact database and with data entry.
Has experience running virtual presentations & events using Zoom or similar platforms.
Helpful but not required:
Salary Range & Hiring Level: $75,000 - $84,000
