- Conceptualizing and developing original content for various digital channels including websites, social media, email campaigns, and video platforms.
- Transforming complex information into clear, concise, and engaging narratives that inform, educate, and inspire audience action.
- Partnering with internal teams to define content objectives, identify target audience needs, and align messaging with overall brand strategy.
- Utilizing powerful storytelling techniques and a deep understanding of audience preferences to create content that drives meaningful engagement.
- Staying abreast of current trends in digital media and incorporating innovative approaches to content creation.
- Collaborating with designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of content within various digital platforms.
- Analyzing content performance metrics and employing data-driven insights to continually refine and optimize content for maximum impact.
- Participate in project meetings to learn about marketing campaign objectives and plans
- Work with mentors and other team members to review and collaborate on projects

- Assist in crafting outlines, wireframes, storyboards and copy drafts for the production of digital marketing content

- Utilize a variety of online tools and platforms to research, audit, track and/or measure key audience behaviors and trends
- Current college student majoring in Digital Communications, Multimedia, Digital Media, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Interest in project management and marketing automation software applications such as Wrike, Microsoft Teams, Marketo and Knak
- Basic proofing and editing skills
- Display excellent written and oral communication skills
