Description
We are seeking an OBIEE Developer to join our team in support of a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) contract. This person will:
Provide Oracle design, SQL and PL/SQL consultancy and expertise.
Implement end-to-end BI reporting solutions using Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE).
Work with business experts to understand business needs, translate business requirements into system functionality, and ensure that results meet established needs, goals, and timelines.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Minimum of Five (5) years' experience as an OBIEE Developer.
Competency in Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) tools, techniques, architectures, and operations.
Experience in designing and developing OBIEE RPD components to apply business rules and present information.
Understanding of OBIEE best practices and development standards and OBIEE security and server administration.
Experience in designing and developing Analytics and Dashboards.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED:
Prior VA or Federal Agency experience preferred. Prior Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) experience is a plus.
Knowledge of or experience with any of the following: Oracle 19c database (RAC) and GoldenGate, Informatica, APEX, SAS, or Tableau.
Knowledge of Data Warehousing methodologies, architectures, and technologies used to transform data into useable and actionable information.
Ability to provide occasional support for after-hours activities.
Excellent and proactive interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated, team player with attention to detail.
Ability to establish personal & team schedules, deadlines, and accountability.

EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required.
Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
CLEARANCE:
Must be a US Citizen.
Must have or be able to attain Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust Suitability Determination.
