Currently, Creoal has an urgent need for a talented PL/SQL Developerwith solid experience developing Oracle enhancements and other RICE elements and a firm understanding of Oracle systems and products, specifically Hyperion, OBIEE, and/or DRM to fill an immediate job opening for Sustainment Operations. This is a long-term (multi-year) position located in Washington, DC at the Pentagon. The position is Hybrid with some work on-site and the remaining work done remotely.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support (through O&M services) Oracle applications, including Hyperion, Business Intelligence (OBIEE), and Data Relationship Management (DRM), using PL/SQL expertise
- Design, develop, implement, and support robust Oracle enhancements and other RICE elements to support the Oracle based planning and budgeting system
- Use your strong experience with and knowledge of PL/SQL to solve production issues and for new development efforts
- Act as the go-to expert for PL/SQL supporting Oracle production, development, and test environments
- Participate in development, coding, bug-fixing, and enhancement efforts to support multiple Oracle environments
- Provide tuning, scripting, and extract, transform, and load (ETL) support
- Support daily business operations and related systems
- Provide capability and support for live planning and budgeting systems, (e.g., Oracle Hyperion, Oracle EPM, Oracle DRM, and Oracle OBIEE)
- Analyze DoD and Federal Government requirements/requests
- Support DoD and Federal Government specific planning and budgeting systems, processes, data structure, elements, and hierarchies
- Support end-to-end system development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve system issues, ensuring optimal system performance and stability
Required Skill and Experience:
- Clearance Required: Secret
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, or similar area
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Security+ Certification or ability to achieve Security+ Certification
- Strong experience with PL/SQL
- Solid experience developing Oracle enhancements and other RICE elements using PL/SQL and a firm understanding of Oracle systems and products, including Hyperion, EPM, OBIEE, and/or DRM
- Experience in the development and support of Oracle Applications, including Hyperion, OBIEE, EPM, and/or DRM, using PL/SQL
- Recent and relevant experience providing PL/SQL support for Oracle production, development, and test environments
- Expertise in development, coding, bug-fixing, and enhancement efforts supporting Oracle environments
- Experience providing tuning, scripting, and extract, transform, and load (ETL) support
- Recent and relevant experience with Oracle technologies, such as OBIEE, DRM, EPM and/or Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting
- Experience providing capability support for live planning and budgeting systems, (e.g., Oracle Hyperion, Oracle EPM, Oracle DRM, and Oracle OBIEE)
- Ability to support robust financial planning and budgeting solutions
- Ability to analyze DoD and/or Federal Government requirements/requests
- Experience with DoD and/or Federal Government specific planning and budgeting systems, processes, data structure, elements, and hierarchies
- Experience with end-to-end system development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation
- Ability to provide technical and techno-functional support and troubleshooting to resolve system issues, ensuring optimal system performance and stability
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and efficiency
- Proven capability to stay up to date with industry trends and leading practices for support of Oracle Applications
