Job Title: Desktop Support – Incident Management
- Duration: 6 months with extension/conversion possibilities
- Does this position have the potential to convert to direct? Yes
o If yes, what is the conversion salary? Most likely 70k, Person should already have 2nd level experience
- Location: 100% on site
- Travel Requirements: N/A
- Hours: 8am – 5pm
Day to Day Responsibilities:
o Desktop support helping a wide range of end users
o Responding to tickets
o Maintaining office technology
o Front facing customer service
Years’ Experience Required:
- 5 years+ of enterprise experience (2nd level support), focus on customer service
Education Requirements:
- HSD
Systems/Software Proficiencies:
- MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
Certifications:
- Hardware is a plus
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $30.00 - $30.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Washington, DC: Relocate before starting work (Required)
